Job Description
Cardiovascular Services of America (CVAUSA) is the largest private and independent cardiology network in the United States. We are recruiting candidates who want to use their expertise to improve health, wellness and care access for patients with chronic conditions.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 years' experience in remote chronic care management
- Experience with cardiology patients - specifically heart failure
- Medical Assistant (MA)
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- Experience with EMRs – specifically Athena, NexGen, GEMMS and e-clinical works
- Great communication and multi-tasking skills
