Job Description
Care & Help Home Care, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to handle all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role is crucial for attracting top talent, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and the organization, and maintaining a compliant workplace. The specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, as well as supporting new hires through the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Ability to follow and establish workflows in a metric driven environment
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- 1 year of proven administrative and customer service skills
- Understanding and usage of correct business English and office practices
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft programs
