We are looking for a student assistant in project and financial administration (m/w/d) for our Inland Department in Bonn, Germany. The job involves supporting the project and financial administration team with a maximum of 16 hours per week.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g. business administration, economics, non-profit management or related fields)
• Basic understanding of numbers and interest in financial administrative processes, first practical experiences are an advantage
• Interest in education in Germany, especially in transnational and global learning
• Ability to prepare research results and financial data in a structured, clear, and understandable manner
• Very good IT skills, particularly in Office applications (Excel, Word)
• First experiences in handling databases or financial management systems are an advantage
• Excellent teamwork skills, reliability, and good organizational skills
