Job Description
Care Dimensions is dedicated to compassionate care for patients facing advanced or end-of-life illness. They are expanding access to hospice and palliative care in Massachusetts and are seeking a Registered Nurse to enhance their services and support patient care. The role involves assessing patients, educating professionals and families, and fostering communication between Care Dimensions and referral sources.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse, currently licensed in Massachusetts.
- Associate’s degree in nursing or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (or equivalent).
- Minimum three years of varied work experience in nursing, preferably one in an acute setting.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families.
- Demonstrated understanding of hospice philosophy.
- Licensed driver with valid vehicle insurance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
