Job Description
Chariton Specialty Care is hiring a MDS Coordinator (RN) to provide comprehensive care to residents. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate Registered Nurse with a valid RN license in good standing and experience in long-term care and gerontological nursing.

- Valid RN license in good standing
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- MDS credentialed or willingness to obtain RAC-CT certification
