RN license required, Bachelor's degree in health care, business or related field, 3 years of responsible supervisor experience in healthcare

RN degree and 1-2 years of experience in hospice/palliative care or related field
RN - Admissions
1-2 years of experience in hospice and/or palliative care, BSN preferred, and current Colorado RN licensure
Admissions Coordinator I
High school diploma, 1 year of experience, and ability to lift 30 lbs
RN Wellness
RN degree, physical assessment skills, and experience working with elderly population and public
Registered Nurse PRN
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with 1-2 years of experience in hospice and/or palliative care
Eligibility & Financial Determination Specialist - PACE
High school diploma, 2+ years of Medicaid eligibility experience, and 1+ year of experience working with CMS and Colorado Medicaid Benefits
RN Case Manager
BSN preferred, 1-2 years of experience in hospice/palliative care, current Colorado RN license, current CPR certification, and valid Colorado state driver’s license
Palliative Care Navigator
Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting
Clinical Educator
RN license, BSN degree, 3 years nursing experience, 2 years education role experience
