Product Manager II — Fulfilment & Batching

Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East. We're looking for a Product Manager to build the next-generation fulfillment brain for Careem's deliveries.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Management in logistics, delivery, or high-scale marketplaces
• Strong analytical and systems thinking — able to model trade-offs and drive data-backed decisions
• Experience collaborating with Data Science and Engineering on optimization, routing, or matching systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• A track record of shipping impactful products in complex, cross-functional environments
