Job Description
Careem is looking for a Senior Business Finance Analyst to join its Business Finance team. The role is critical in supporting key strategic initiatives by providing financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Strategy, or Consulting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in financial tools and querying skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and communicate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and business judgment; able to challenge assumptions and influence decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
