Job Description
Careem is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead their Marketplace Matching team, focused on matching mobility supply and demand for rides, food, groceries, and express services. The role involves leading a team, enhancing team processes, and collaborating with Product and Data Scientists to drive product roadmap development. Careem aims to make lives easier and build an awesome organization.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, software design and OOP
- Working knowledge of Java, Go, Python, Kotlin
- Deep understanding of how to build scalable distributed systems
- Several years of serving in either an engineering management role
