Sr. Consultant – Oracle Exadata

Career Guidant is an internationally acclaimed organization providing Information Technology Custom Learning Services, Lateral Staffing Solutions, Information Technology Development & Consulting, Infrastructure & Facility Management Services, and Technical Content development. We are seeking a Sr. Consultant - Oracle Exadata with a focus on creating requirement specifications, installing, upgrading, and supporting Oracle Instances on Exadata.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Exadata-X3 Skills
• Exposure to Oracle RAC, OEM, RMAN, AWRRPT, OPATCH, RDA, and runInstaller
• Exposure to Exadata components such as OEDA, EXACHK, ILOM, Database Server, Storage Cell Server, Infiniband, Automatic Storage Management (ASM), GRID Control
• Ability to install, upgrade, maintain, and support Oracle Instances on Exadata
• Ability to install/setup/configure Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) tools for monitoring of Oracle Database & Oracle Applications 11i & R12
• Ability to create, monitor, and maintain user tablespaces
• Ability to interface with Oracle Corp's Platinum Services team
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management
