Job Description
Career TEAM, LLC is a leading workforce development organization dedicated to transforming lives through innovative technology and compassionate services. This Adult and Dislocated Worker Career Advisor position involves professional work providing career counseling, case management, and follow-up services. The role is 100% onsite, working under the supervision of a Project Director. It's a full-time, non-exempt position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver’s License
