Job Description
Career TEAM is seeking a WIOA Eligibility Specialist to support program operations in North Central Texas. This role involves conducting eligibility screenings, verifying documentation, and building participant cases to ensure timely processing of customer files. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of WIOA guidelines and excellent communication and time management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience combining training, customer service, and working with culturally-diverse customers
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
