Job Description
EmbedFi is seeking a Founder in Residence to lead the company from conception to its full operational readiness. This role is a ground-floor opportunity for a product-oriented technical builder with GenAI expertise. The FIR will define the product vision, lead technical execution, and serve as the company’s CEO, applying deep GenAI expertise and product intuition to solve user problems. This is a full-time, hybrid position.
Requirements
- Strong technical fluency in GenAI, LLMs, and modern ML frameworks
- Hands-on experience shipping full-stack, cloud-native applications
- Proven track record of building and launching 0–1 products
- Comfortable leading in ambiguity and acting without perfect information
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
