AI Fund is hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter to reinvent how we identify, engage, and hire AI leaders and technical entrepreneurs. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We’re looking for a senior recruiter who uses Generative AI daily to supercharge sourcing, research, outreach, screening, calibration, and closing—and who can help architect a 10x recruiting playbook.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of full-cycle recruiting
- 4+ years leading executive or senior leadership searches
- Agency experience required
- Proven track record hiring AI leaders and technical entrepreneurs
- Deep network across AI, software, and engineering communities
- Exceptional sourcing and personalized outreach
- GenAI-forward operator
- Trusted advisor with sound judgment
- Strong ownership and urgency with bias to action
- Analytical, systems-oriented thinker
