Sr. Executive Recruiter

AI Fund is hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter to reinvent how we identify, engage, and hire AI leaders and technical entrepreneurs. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We’re looking for a senior recruiter who uses Generative AI daily to supercharge sourcing, research, outreach, screening, calibration, and closing—and who can help architect a 10x recruiting playbook.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of full-cycle recruiting
• 4+ years leading executive or senior leadership searches
• Agency experience required
• Proven track record hiring AI leaders and technical entrepreneurs
• Deep network across AI, software, and engineering communities
• Exceptional sourcing and personalized outreach
• GenAI-forward operator
• Trusted advisor with sound judgment
• Strong ownership and urgency with bias to action
• Analytical, systems-oriented thinker
