Finance Manager

Chaka is seeking a Finance Manager to review day-to-day financial activities and make recommendations to management, ensuring the financial health of the organization and driving financial and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in the financial services sector or financial technology sector
• Qualified accountant (ACCA and/or CIMA)
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Experience with compliance with local and international financial regulation
• Strong business partner and leader with the ability to influence and lead cross-collaboratively across the business
• Ability to build consensus and drive action among fellow teammates
• High initiative, proactivity, and productivity mindset
• Get Things Done (GTD) DNA
