Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts (B2B, NDAs, MSPs, SOWs, employment agreements)
• Provide legal advice on labor law, temporary employment regulations, civil law, and compliance matters
• Develop and update internal policies and procedures
• Monitor changes in legislation and provide internal training
