Job Description
KKR is seeking a Real Estate Capital Markets Associate to join its active, high growth and high performance team. The successful candidate will bring 3-5 years of real estate debt capital markets experience and will assist with debt placement and structuring for KKR’s US Real Estate Equity business.
Requirements
- Experience and fluency in real estate debt capital markets
- Familiarity with larger more complex capital structures
- Strong execution and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task across multiple active projects
