Marketing Managar (GLW)

The Marketing Manager will drive the next phase of GLW's brand and digital growth by developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that fuel brand awareness, consumer engagement, and strong performance across digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or integrated marketing—CPG experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience building and executing omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, social platforms, email strategies, and content creation.
• Proven ability to translate creative concepts into measurable marketing outcomes
• Experience managing media budgets and optimizing for ROI.
• Analytical thinker comfortable interpreting data, KPIs, and insights.
• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Experience managing agencies and guiding creative development.
