Job Description
Ardena, a leading contract development organization for the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Formulation Scientist for their Business Unit Drug Product Development and Manufacturing in Ghent, Belgium. The successful candidate will lead multiple projects in formulation development, provide technical expertise, and work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Hands-on experience in formulation development
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- Flexibility to work in R&D and GMP environments
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing environments
- Able to deliver results within limited time and budget
