Job Description
Celfocus is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design of solutions and manage teams developing them. The role involves leveraging data and domain knowledge to solve business problems, build analytical models, and lead teams through MLOps. The company fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science)
- Scripting with Python and nice to have one of these languages (e.g., Pyspark, Spark-mllib)
- 4-5 Years of project experience as a Data Scientist
- Professional experience with Java, Scala, or Spark
- Experience working with and leading teams in a project environment
- Experience in delivering projects using MLOps best practices
- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and clients
- Teamwork skills and autonomy
- Strong communication skills
