Job Description
Harmony is seeking a Remote Enrollment Specialist to educate and enroll patients in a Medicare-sponsored care coordination program focused on managing chronic illnesses. The role involves outbound calls, patient education, rapport building, and a collaborative team environment. This position offers career growth and the potential for hourly pay plus bonus eligibility.

- Availability during business hours (8 am - 5:30 pm - CST)
- Associate degree or higher
