Requirements
- 5+ years of proposal, RFP management, or sales enablement experience in B2B healthcare
- APMP certification preferred
- Demonstrated success leading large, multi-stakeholder RFPs or complex written submissions in regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools and management of the full proposal lifecycle
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with comfort translating pricing, value propositions, and ROI narratives for enterprise buyers
- Exceptional writing, editing, and information-design skills, with the ability to move between technical detail and executive-level storytelling
- Hands-on experience with proposal automation tools, content libraries, or AI-assisted drafting platforms, as well as Salesforce CRM and the Microsoft suite, including SharePoint
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and security requirements commonly addressed in RFPs (e.g., HIPAA, PHI, InfoSec, SLAs)
- Consultative mindset—asks strong questions, shapes strategy, and elevates proposals beyond answer compilation
- Comfortable using AI as a productivity multiplier while exercising judgment, validation, and editorial control
- Highly collaborative, with confidence facilitating discussions among senior sales, clinical, and operational leaders
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a bias toward building repeatable, scalable proposal best practices
