Team Lead Assembly

Caresyntax is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader – Assembly to join their production team. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, cost-effective electronic component assembly, alongside team leadership, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The team leads up to 8 members and is responsible for manufacturing staff results through communication, planning, and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Qualification as a Master Electrician specializing in media technology, or a Technician/Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Media Technology (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the assembly of electronic components.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN management, production planning, and process optimization.
• Solid IT skills (MS Office, database systems, web tools).
• Working proficiency in English and German (spoken and written).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
