Materials Supervisor

Carfair Composites® is seeking a Materials Supervisor to lead the planning and materials teams. This role focuses on ensuring efficient materials flow to meet production schedules, customer requirements, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• APICS/SCMA certification (or equivalent), combined with experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial supervision
• Minimum 3 years of materials supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and implement process improvements
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting involving walking, standing, lifting, and physical activities
