Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for finding new customers and market opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing contractual relationships. You will also be responsible for conducting business meetings and negotiations, acquiring and developing operational knowledge, and implementing innovative solutions.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding company/a transport company, or in a similar position in a service sales field
- Conversational level of English, both written and spoken
- Flexibility, high stress tolerance
- Innovative mindset and attitude
- Sales approach, diligence and a convincing, credible personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, result-oriented, customer-focused attitude
- B-category driving license
