Requirements

• Ability to take the initiative and make independent decisions, striving to achieve the set goals
• Very good organization of their own work and ability to work in a team
• Experience in customer telephone service
• Very good knowledge of the English language at a level ensuring free communication (in speech and writing)
• Practical knowledge of the MS Office package
