Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading medium-to-large projects and programs.
• Proven ability to define project plans, allocate resources, manage execution, and establish scalable processes.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in applying change management principles and project performance evaluation.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
