HR Generalist

HR Generalist job role supporting operational side of the business, providing a first-class HR service, managing employee needs, ensuring compliance with company and government policies and legislation, and performing daily administrative and human resources duties.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience working in an HR department
• Degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management or related field
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of HR-specific software programs
• Administrative and clerical skills, including report writing, record keeping and scheduling
