Job Description
Carlsberg Malaysia is seeking an Apprentice to join their Finance Operations team. This role involves assisting with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities, supporting system updates, and contributing to financial compliance. The position offers exposure to Smart Core and potential opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.
Requirements
- Assist in invoice processing via Esker, including invoice splitting and validation.
- Support KDS-Staff claim requests and ensure timely documentation.
- Perform Daily Duty payment uploads and verify GR/IR reports in SAP.
- Participate in E-invoicing data extraction and compare turnaround times for MyInvoice portal uploads.
