Delivers sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers. Promotes and sells portfolio of products to outlets/customers and builds productive long lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
- Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
- Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
- Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter
- Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
- Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver's License (GDL) is an added advantage
