Event Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking a structured, communicative, and team-oriented Event Manager to plan and organize events for Carlsquare, a leading Tech Investment bank. The role involves planning and conducting national and international events, creating and sending invitations, and supporting the promotion of events through various channels.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of event management, marketing, communication
• 1-3 years of professional experience in event or project management
• High organizational talent, structured way of working, and eye for detail
• Sovereign appearance and professional handling of internal and external contact persons
• Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office; knowledge in CRM, event or design tools is a plus
