Job Description
We are a leading technology investment bank with 13 offices in 8 countries, looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. The role involves researching and contributing to the acquisition of M&A mandates, preparing investment memos, and evaluating key drivers in our core sectors.
Requirements
- Excellent university degree with a focus in finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience (investment banking/transaction services/strategy consulting)
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Polish and English
