Job Description
CarMax is seeking a Sr. Analyst to join the Supply Chain Strategy team. The team is responsible for optimizing the vehicle acquisition, reconditioning, and logistics processes. The Sr. Analyst will work with business partners to drive the supply chain business forward and develop strategic direction and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Ability to consistently deliver at a high level on responsibilities
- Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking, and quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Experience conducting large scale data analysis
- Ability to apply business and technical knowledge to solve complex problems
- Ability to communicate complex topics to people with varying backgrounds and levels of technical familiarity
- Two or more years of experience in an analytical or strategic role
- Four-year undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
