As a Vehicle Condition Assessor at CarMax, you will provide an iconic customer experience by collecting information for Buyers to generate accurate appraisal offers. You will work with business partners and customers to ensure a smooth car selling process, communicating clearly and effectively. Requirements
- Conduct accurate vehicle condition assessments
- Accurate optioning of vehicles during assessments and CarMax inventory
- Perform quality and timely imaging of Retail and Wholesale vehicles
- Complete vehicle secures and walkarounds
- Assist Merchandising Department with maintaining inventory and executing customer transfers
- Partner with Inventory and Sales Departments for lot merchandising
- Assist with on-boarding of new associates
