Accounts Payable Associate

Carnegie Hall seeks an Accounts Payable Associate to manage the organization's financial obligations to vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Min 2-3 years relevant experience in accounts payable
• Exposure and experience in non-profit accounting is preferable but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Computer skills including Excel and knowledge of MIP accounting system is desirable
