We seek a Regional Vice President of Sales with strong background in educational sales industry and established relationships with key stakeholders in school districts. This position requires a strong leadership role to achieve sales objectives and develop sales programs for our K-12 product initiatives.
Requirements
- B.S./B.A. with advanced degree preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in managing senior sales reps selling consultative solutions to school districts
- Ten (10) years of sales experience
- Currently reside within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones
- Experience with independent Sales Representatives
- Successful track record in exceeding revenue targets
- Experience rallying and training less experienced team members.
- Experience developing and selling complex value propositions
