Carnegie Mellon University is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Project Coordinator/Administrator to provide comprehensive coordination and management support for research programs and initiatives within the College of Engineering. The role involves managing project logistics, communication, and execution across internal and external collaborators, and requires adaptability and openness to change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree in STEM required
• Three (3) to five (5) years’ project management and relevant work experience required
• Clinical Trials experience is a plus
