2026 Internship - Business Strategy and Performance Analytics

Holland America Line is seeking passionate students to join their Summer Internship Program in the Business Strategy and Performance Analytics department in June of 2026. The program offers a 10-week paid internship opportunity with exposure to professional careers in the leisure travel and cruise industry. Interns will analyze customer spending patterns, use market trends, address operational challenges, and develop data-driven strategies for revenue enhancement and guest experience.

Requirements

• Strong Excel understanding and background.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a group environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
