Manager, Music Direction

The Manager for Music Direction leads the design and execution of Carnival’s music portfolio, ensuring high-quality live and recorded music offerings for guests. Responsibilities include managing the music rehearsal process, overseeing background music programming, and ensuring compliance with music royalties. This role requires collaboration with other departments and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance, Music Business and/or Education, Entertainment Management
• 5-7+ years’ experience in a leadership role in a music institution.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in music repertoire and performance techniques.
• Advanced Time Management and Data Analysis skills.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability in project management, strategic planning, and leadership.
