Kind Behavioral Health is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services in North Carolina and Georgia, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder (“ASD”). We are looking to add an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to our team.

Requirements

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years
• Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics
• In good standing on all BCBA metrics including but not limited to: Attributable and Client Service Hours, Cancellation Trends (team members and clients), POC Timeliness and Quality, Conversion Rates, RBT Supervision Rates
