CM Area Manager

Carollo Engineers is seeking a Construction Manager to serve as the Southern California Area Manager for our growing Construction Management Group. As a CM Area Manager, you will lead a team in achieving program/project management objectives while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in managing the construction of water and wastewater facilities
• 5+ years of experience in managing projects with a construction value of over $15 million
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional registration (PE/PG) and construction/project management certification (CCM/PMI)
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Proficient in standard computer software such as MS Word and Excel
• OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety training
