Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering
- 20+ years of professional experience
- Registration as a Professional Engineer
- Experience in water and/or wastewater treatment facilities, wastewater collection systems, water transmission/distribution projects, pipeline rehabilitation projects, and pump stations
