Requirements

• Plans, monitors and manages structural engineering scope, schedule and budget for successful project completion
• Performs quality management reviews of structural designs and calculations by others
• Prepares calculations, estimates for cost and schedule of structural engineering services
• Mentors and trains staff and entry-level structural engineers
• Coordinates details of design between various project design disciplines
• Develops project-specific designs, standards, specifications and details for unusual or unique situations
