Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales enablement, sales excellence, go-to-market operations, or a comparable function
- Proven experience in building and scaling onboarding, enablement, and sales structures
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communicative skills
- Experience in project management and collaboration with different stakeholders
- Fluent German and English language skills
