Carrefour is seeking a butcher to cook and prepare products in the respect of the profession's tradition and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have a specialized CAP in butcher's and/or 2-3 years of experience in the trade.

• Cook and prepare products in the respect of the profession's tradition and hygiene standards
• Balance production according to customer flow and freshness constraints
• Perform product and material controls
• Manage production and sales schedules
• Label products
• Prepare customer orders
• Ensure the quality and freshness of products
