Job Description
Carrefour is seeking a Lead AI Engineer (F/H) to develop and industrialize autonomous and collaborative agents for business operations, specifically within the Analytics Factory. The role involves designing agent architectures, orchestrating agents, integrating a multidisciplinary team, and collaborating with data scientists and business users. This is part of a larger initiative to transform Carrefour's business practices by leveraging generative and agentic artificial intelligence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an IT, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or equivalent degree.
- Solid knowledge in generative AI, agent orchestration and software engineering.
- Experience with frameworks like ADK, LangGraph, LangFuse, and LLMs (Gemini).
- Ability to guide junior developers.
- Expertise in Python, data manipulation, and agent orchestration.
- Fluency in French and adequate technical English.
- Participation in collaborative development projects.
