Job Description
Carrefour is looking for a Department Manager to lead the Fresh Products department (Meat, Fruits & Vegetables, Catering, Bakery-Pastry, Free-Service Food). The role involves team management, economic performance optimization, and implementing business operations. The company emphasizes sustainability and a diverse work environment.
Requirements
- Drive and energize the activity of the sections under your responsibility.
- Manage a team composed of Team Managers and Employees.
- Ensure the attractiveness of the sections: implantation of products, trade fair theater, impeccable quality, strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards.
- Optimize the economic performance: sales, margins, stock and personnel, stock management and procurement.
- Implement and monitor business operations: catalogs, promotions, local actions.
- Innova and propose initiatives to strengthen the customer experience and develop the turnover rate of the operating cost.
