Job Description

They are seeking a Junior Butcher and Charcuterie Department Manager to oversee their butcher and charcuterie departments. The role involves preparing products, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the floor, and fostering team development.
Requirements
- Currently holding a CAP in sausage/charcuterie
- Good technical knowledge of the trade
- Successful experience in a similar position, particularly managing a team
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and traceability rules
- Regional mobility in the specified departments
