Requirements
- Diploma in actuarial science with a minimum BAC+5 level
- At least 5 years of professional experience in risk management in the insurance or banking sector
- Familiarity with Solvency II or Basel 3 regulation and strong knowledge of financial, technical, and operational risk management in the insurance sector
- First experience in management
- Experience in internal control is an asset
- Rigorous, methodical, and organized person
- Good communicator and ability to establish trust-based exchanges with operational staff
- Proficient in English (or Spanish at least)
