Job Description
The Buyer - Produce is responsible for procuring the Produce category of Food Service products at the appropriate quality, best price and within an acceptable time frame. The Buyer - Produce is also responsible for all issues pertaining to inventory within their category.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions
